I have no idea why, probably due the 32 > 24 bits conversion
My first guess trying to solve it result in nothing useful.
maybe using another library... who knows

it can be fixed using flac encoder directly e.g:
flac --verify --compression-level-0 --decode-through-errors --preserve-modtime file.flac
